About Us
Planning and Executing Your Event

Who We Are
Kathryn Botsford started in the entertainment industry as a carpenter and then Technical Director for live theater. After working for educational and professional theaters, as well as touring shows, Kathryn moved into the live event industry in 2010.
Throughout her career, Kathryn has project managed décor for Presidential Inaugural Balls, numerous U.S.-hosted International Summits , Pope Francis’ Mass at Catholic University , and various galas, fundraisers, corporate meetings, tradeshow exhibits, and experiential marketing activations.
Kathryn’s expertise includes: production and project management, scenic technical design and drafting, scheduling, labor and vendor management, and venue relations.
Kathryn earned a MFA in Scenic Design and Technical Direction from Wayne State University and is a member of the Event Safety Alliance.
